And we're off!

After Andrew completed finals (sigh of exhaustion and relief...) we packed up our family and headed west to spend a month in the Black Hills. Andrew preceptored in Custer, SD with a great doctor. When he wasn't working or on call, he really enjoyed the hill: road biking, mountain biking, climbing, and hiking! A local couple graciously let Andrew and his friend Clay stay at their cabin for the month. The view was spectacular and the experience unforgettable. The kids and I stayed with my parents and kept busy visiting family and friends! All in all we returned home exhausted but very thankful for the experience! Still practicing chap stick application...
