Yellowstone

Welcome to Montana

We enjoyed our first week of summer break in Montana with Andrew's parents, Michael, Thomas, and Laeton. Shirley watched Elizabeth for an entire day for us so we could spend the day at Yellowstone Park. Check out these great pictures of the park. The little church is owned by Andrew's parents church and is at a rest stop on your way to the park. It has a guest book that had notes and comments from travelors and we were surprised that they get a ton of visiters! The day we visited was the first day the park had opened most of the roads in the park. We saw all sorts of wildlife; black bear, grizzly bear, elk, coyote pups, moose, and everything else they boost of. Old Faithful was, well, faithful, and the weather was beautiful. The day was perfect!

It's a boy!

We found out that our baby is a healthy little boy! He's growing and developing right on schedule. I'm 22 weeks along and am due September 7th. We're so thankful!!

Hot Days!

Elizabeth and I tagged along with the guys to spend some time in the park. Andrew, Mike, and a few med student friends went mountain (let me rephrase...east river mountain) biking at Newton Hills State Park. The temp was above 90 degrees but Elizabeth and I played in the water fountain and had fun digging in the sand pit. So excited summer is here!

Science Fair

Andrew started up a traveling science show with the Physics Club last year and was asked to help them out again this year. The club went to the Vermillion Middle School to do science experiments with 8th graders. Andrew of course had a ton of fun making things explode and "zooming off" on his scooter.

Having fun!

Elizabeth has her own drawer that she can get into whenever she wants. She loves to get out ALL of her crayons and markers and draw pictures...I just have to make sure she remembers the paper! Here's a bunch more pictures of Elizabeth being her adorable self!

Thanks Nana

Elizabeth loved opening her card from Nana and somehow knew that the money was cool too...!

Got Gas?

Before Andrew and I took off, the boys went riding in Wall for the first time. Mike didn't have any gas mixed so they borrowed gas from another bike. Don't the boys look super cute in their riding gear?

Easter Sunday

For Easter Sunday, we all went to Hope CRC and then out to Minervas for lunch. The food was delicious and it was so nice to spend time together! Elizabeth's favorite part of the meal was when we shared chocolate cake - see her licking the plate?!
